    The healthchecks are updated as per their scheduled time and based on the frequency set in the system.

    For some healthchecks you can configure the frequency / intervals.

    How do I change the date to view previously run modules?

    On the dashboard, use the calendar option to select a different date. The dashboard will route the user to that healthcheck screen where the user can select the date of the run date to view the status from history.

    Is it possible to manually run a healthcheck from the dashboard?

    To manually run the healthcheck, select the desired healthcheck, and click on the “Run Healthcheck Now” button.

    What do the different colors of healthchecks mean?

  • Green: The module has run successfully with no issues.
  • Grey: The healthcheck is not scheduled.
  • Blue: Shows information about drawer status
  • Amber: Uncertain about the status of the document processing.
  • Red: There are issues in that healthcheck.

  • How do I know if a healthcheck has failed to run?

    The dashboard will display an error status or a notification if a scheduled healthcheck has failed to run. You can also set up alerts to notify you immediately.

    Each Healthcheck screen includes a settings icon located next to the “Run Healthcheck Now” button. From there, you can reschedule the healthcheck, toggle the “Fix Issues” option, or enable or disable the Healthcheck feature itself.

    How can I change my calendar date to the current date?

    To change the calendar to the current date, go to the counterpoint and click on Setup > System > Company.

    How can I determine the number of users currently using Counterpoint on the same server?

    You can run the Multiple CP instances running healthcheck to know the real-time status.

    Will the POSA doctor resolve my error?

    For certain healthchecks you can set the fix issues option to “Yes” so that the app can resolve the errors.
